The official website of Russia’s Channel One revealed the schedule for the second stage of the Cup of Russia series, which was initially set to feature two-time World champion Evgenia Medvedeva.
Stage two will be held at Megasport Arena in Moscow. Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic throughout the world – all of the adult events will have a limited amount of fans in attendance, while the junior events will be held in an empty arena.
The original scheduled entries for the adult competition were Medvedeva, Alexandra Trusova, Kamila Valieva, Artur Danielyan, Alexander Samarin, Petr Gumennik, Anton Shulepov, Daria Pavlyuchenko & Denis Khodykin, Anastasia Mishina & Aleksandr Galyamov, Victoria Sinitsina & Nikita Katsalapov, Annabelle Morozov & Andrei Bagin, and Ksenia Konkina & Pavel Drozd. Channel One will stream all of the events online at 1tv.ru. The ladies event will also be broadcast on television.
