This weekend, figure skating fans all around the world are treated to a lot of high quality figure skating. Las Vegas hosts the opening event of the ISU Grand Prix series – Skate America – for the second year in a row.

The coronavirus pandemic has caused a lot of changes to the entire figure skating season, including a non-traditional format of selecting participants and cancellations of events in the Grand Prix series. However, the organizers of Skate America have taken serious precautions to make sure all health guidelines are followed and are set to hold a safe event.
