Bronze medalist at the ladies’ event of the 2021 World Figure Skating Championships Alexandra Trusova posted a video on her Instagram account of herself jumping a quad Lutz side-by-side with three-time World champion of the men’s event Nathan Chen.
Trusova captioned the video “4 Lutz” and to the fans’ delight Chen commented “Queen teach me.”

16-year-old Trusova is the first female skater to land the quad Lutz, quad flip, and quad toe loop, as well as the second to land the quad Salchow. The Russian skater is also the first to land two and three ratified quads in a free skate. During the free skate at the 2021 Worlds, she attempted five quad jumps.
Chen is also known for his incredible jumps – he is the first skater to have landed five types of quad jumps in competition: toe loop, Salchow, loop, flip, and Lutz. At yesterday’s competition, the 21-year-old American landed four quads: Lutz, flip, Salchow, and two toe loops.
