On Saturday, U.S. Figure Skating announced the women who will take part at the 2022 Winter Olympics next month – Mariah Bell, Karen Chen, and Alysa Liu.

Bell is fresh off of her first national title at the 2022 U.S. Figure Skating Championships, while Chen will be heading to her second consecutive Olympics – having placed eleventh in 2018. Although she was forced to withdraw from the national championships, Liu was chosen by the selection committee following consistent results throughout the season.

Alternates are reportedly Lindsay Thorngren, Amber Glenn, and Gabriella Izzo.

Selections for the 2022 Four Continents Championships are Starr Andrews, Gabriella Izzo, and Audrey Shin. Hanna Harrell and Sierra Venetta are the alternates.
